David Alpern
President
David oversees the day-to-day operations of Colton Lee Communities, with responsibilities spanning land acquisition, entitlements, and project management. He has over 20 years of experience in land development and holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where he received the D.J. Moore Award. David also serves on the board of the Ventura County Sheriff Foundation and is a competitive endurance athlete participating in Ironman races.
Gary Gorian
Founder
Gary began his construction career in the field, gaining extensive experience in the industry before founding a homebuilding and development company. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the planning, development, and sale of thousands of units across California. He holds a degree in Planning from the University of Southern California and remains active in real estate and nonprofit communities.
