CA Fire Rebuild

A Collaborative Journey Forward

How
Can
We
Help?

The Eaton Canyon Fire has profoundly impacted the Altadena community, with over 5,000 homes lost and thousands of lives disrupted, while in the Pacific Palisades, fires destroyed over 6,000 homes, displacing families and leaving uncertainty in their wake.

At Colton Lee Communities, we don’t see this as a challenge for any single builder to solve alone—it will take a united, coordinated effort. We are proud to stand with fellow builders and local agencies in a shared mission to help these communities rebuild, recover, and thrive once again.

We’re not here to compete — we’re here to collaborate.

Whether we’re navigating the County of Los Angeles in Altadena or the City of Los Angeles in the Palisades, we kept asking ourselves: "How can we use our experience to help the homeowners who’ve been affected?"

And at the heart of that reflection, one question kept coming up: "How can we help?"

Rebuilding - Simplified

A Collaborative Journey Forward

Here's
How
We

Will
Help!

Building a custom home from the ground up—especially after losing one—can be an exhausting, costly, and overwhelming experience. For many homeowners, rebuilding within the limits of their insurance payout feels impossible.

We understand that most insurance settlements simply don’t reflect the true cost of construction today. In many cases, rebuilding the same home you lost - at the same size or detail level - is out of reach.

That’s why we’ve created a different path.

Our goal is to offer beautifully designed, fire-resilient, modern homes that can be delivered within a $350–$400 per square foot budget, making it possible for families to rebuild without excessive out-of-pocket costs.

What we are offering is not a fully custom build nor a replica of what was lost... It is a brand-new, modern, code-compliant home designed for fire resilience, delivered on a faster timeline and within budget. It’s not a compromise - it’s a confident step forward in moving back home.

Effecient. Predicable. Personal. Proven.

Curated Plan Portfolio

Choose from a selection of thoughtfully designed homes that reflect the architectural charm of Altadena and the Palisades—available with select finish and layout options.

Faster Permitting

Our plans are pre-engineered to meet or exceed local codes, reducing delays in plan check and permitting.

Predictable Costs

We’ve partnered with off-site production facilities to stabilize material supply and construction timelines—keeping costs down and making it more feasible to rebuild within insurance coverage.

Guided Support

We’ve built a team of experts to help navigate county and city bureaucracy, insurance experts, utility coordination, inspections, and more—so homeowners don’t have to do it alone.
